Setting up Content Routing of Unstructured email using Verity - Peoplesoft ERMS delivers a functionality wherein unstructured emails received by the application can be routed and assigned to mailboxes depending on keywords found in the email. The Verity engine analyzes the content of the email and based on the conditions set, the ERMS system will route the email to the corresponding Worklist.
