Symptoms

After the Authentication Token Domain was entered as blank, reports will no longer post. The process will show Not Posted in the Process Monitor, so we can't view the report.

Error: The XML file returned by the web server is invalid. (63,94)
Error: XML document object creation failed. (63,102)
