Symptoms
Budgets are not building PELL_ITEM_AMOUNT correctly on the Budget Maintenance page. We have a Book item category where the annual amount is $1300. The student has 2 terms that total 32 Instr. Weeks. The Pell Amt for one term should be $650 but the budget process is calculating it at $609. Our Base Weeks on FA Installation Defaults is set to 30 weeks.
