Symptoms
Get Not Authorized or Invalid Data. Cannot add a person.
Problem: When user tries to add or update a person under Campus Community, Personal Information, Add/Update a Person they get one of the following error messages:
(90,6) - [Error] - Not Authorized (-1,0)
When they click OK on that error, they get the error message :
Invalid data. No data could be found based on the required key fields passed in. (18137,1128) [Error]
OR
(15,54) - [System] - The highlighted field is required. You must enter a value for it before proceeding. (HCR_IDENTIFICATION_SRV)
When a user clicks OK on that error, they get the error message:
Generic Service Error. (18137,9) [System]
The add/update works fine if signed in as the PS user, but does not work for their user profile.
