E-PIA: Problems When Accessing PeopleSoft with Multiple Browser Windows/Tabs

Varying problems when accessing PeopleSoft with multiple browser windows
When opening multiple browser windows to access PeopleSoft, the following approaches will cause problems and are not supported:
1. Launching browser shortcuts on desktop.
2. Clicking on URL hyperlinks in email or MS-Word documents.
3. In HTML page, clicking on URL that opens new window.
4. Launching new browser window with ctrl-N or "File -> New -> Window"
5. Browser tabbing feature.
In the above problem scenarios, the multiple browser windows will all share the same cookies causing premature logouts, new window displaying the wrong environment, "Page no longer available" messages, intermittent cookie problems, tuxedo log errors (JOLT_CAT:1198) and/or other navigation problems.
