Why does PC_GL_TO_PC set the PC_DISTRIB_STATUS on the journal header when it starts processing rows, not when it completes writing to the PROJ_RESOURCE table?
QUESTION 2:
=========
If PC_GL_TO_PC fails, what is the easiest way to identify which journals were processed since their PC_DISTRIB_STATUS has been updated but the data not inserted into PROJ_RESOURCE?
