If user creates a new spreadsheet journal entry sheet and do a "Ctrl-End", the cursor will position itself on cell AV16384 of the excel worksheet. This implies Excel determines that the last row of data on the worksheet is on Cell AV16384 (Cell AW16455 for Excel 2007 and above; BC16385 for Excel 2016). So even before journal header and journal lines are inserted, Excel has consumed about 16384 rows. When 49151 journal lines are inserted, Excel reaches its maximum limit (Microsoft Excel 2000, 2003).
Can Spreadsheet Journal Entry be used to create journals with 60,000 or more rows?
