Customer has modified a few existing permission lists that are currently assigned to a user through their roles. This involved adding and removing menus and/or pages.
These changes don't appear to take affect immediately. The users are having issues with their access to the new menus added and get errors on the ones removed.
These changes were made online in production so there should be no need to bounce the app server, clear cache or run the PORTAL_CSS.
