Symptoms
This occurs when using the ExcelUploadforVoucher process in order to load Vouchers. After clicking on the "Generate XML and Post" button on the Data Sheet, the VOUCHER_BUILD Service Operation appears on the Asynchronous Services > Monitor Overview page.
