E-PerfMon: Performance Monitor - Communication to Monitor Servlet failed (Doc ID 661798.1)

Customer has setup the performance monitor, but they are not getting any data from the monitored web servers. They have a firewall between the monitoring web server and the monitored web server.

APPSRV_MMDD/LOG shows errors like this:

PSMONITORSRV.3068 [04/14/08 00:00:16](2) (PerfMon Agent) Communication to Monitor Servlet failed. Either the Performance Monitor URL is invalid or the Performance Monitor Webserver is unavailable. Exception: Invalid response code from server: 404 Monitor not activated.
