EAM: AM_AMAEDIST Created Unbalanced Rows on DIST_LN after a RET

Customer upgraded from 8.4 to release 9. They retired an asset in release 9 and ran the Accounting Entry Creation process AM_AMAEDIST. The results were one RET(retirement) row on DIST_LN for the FA (fixed asset) account, but no offsetting entry for the AD (accumulated depreciation) account.
