Symptoms

Collection check box on the item details page gets unchecked automatically when a conversation is modified. This happens for all the items in the database and users has to select the check box again whenever they modify the Conversation.

Steps:
-----
1.Take an existing item from below navigation.

Accounts Receivable -> Customer Accounts -> Item Information -> View/Update
item details.

2.Check the Collection Check Box and Provide the collection code and save.
3.Click on Add Conversation for this item and create one new conversation.
4.Clcik on OK and Save now.
5.Come out of this component and go inside again for the same item.
6.Click on View/update Conversations and edit the Comments
7.Click On OK and Collection Check Box is now unchecked.
