Symptoms


The following message is found in PIA/Webserver logs. The Customer has also noted some occurrences of user requests being submitted twice.

A Jolt error has occurred while communicating with the Application server.  Cancel the current operation and retry.  If the problem persists contact your system administrator. Error Code:100
Application Server last connected //192.168.9.137_12500
