Symptoms

While applying CRM 8.9 MP8 Cumulative, saving changes in role type 64 (As mentioned in Maintenence Pack manual instructions), it gets session to be signed out after few minutes.

The replication for issue is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Setup CRM > Common Definition > Customer > Role Type
  2. Select Role type 64
  3. When Modifying Application Classpath
  4. When it Saves the component with changes it is getting signed out from application and sign on page comes again.

It will not allow it to complete steps of applying CRM 8.9 MP8 Cumulative.It should allow customer to Modify the role type 64 Data.
