We are currently upgrading from 8.3 to 9.0 and are testing the paycheck reversal process which now sends rows back to Time and Labor Payable Time.

1) When we process a Reverse Only, new rows are created in Payable Time with a status of RV and for each row that had been previously Paid/Distributed (assuming the reversal is done after Labor Distribution is run). The RV rows do have the correct LBR_DIST_AMT however, the frozen_sw is set to N not Y .

It seems as though the frozen switch for the reversal rows should be set to Y not N, and the frozen date should be dated as of the reversal.
