E-REN: When Using Oracle Multi-Node RAC Database, Running Report to Window Gets Stuck at Status 'Queued' or 'Success'. Report is Never Displayed or else it Displays to Another Window

When running a report to window, the status page hangs at either 'Queued' or 'Success' page.
In some cases, the report is never displayed. In other cases, the report is displayed to another window.
The process monitor shows that the report successfully posted and it can be viewed from process monitor.
There are no errors posted in process scheduler log (DSTAGT_MMDD.LOG) or in the REN server log (PSRENSRV_MMDD.LOG).
However, the REN server access log, located in <PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DOMAIN_NAME/logs/access.log will show the POST to 2 different directories. Example:
