Symptoms
Excel Voucher Upload does not load data into VCHR_HDR_STG table if there are multiple distribution lines being used. This started happening after applying Bundle#15 for 9.0. One line vouchers loads fine but when there are multiple distributions, then the data is not loaded into VCHR_HDR_STG table.
