Symptoms

SPECIFIC TO: All PeopleTools releases, All Platforms

ISSUE:
After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.49, reports remain in "Not Posted" status. Below are the error messages in the Distribution Agent and Message Log.

Java exception thrown: java.ne t.ConnectException: Connection refused
HTTP Status Code is: 900 (63,7 2)
PSUNX failed to post files to the report repository.
