E-PORTAL: Workflow Notification Email Link Is Incomplete (Doc ID 664073.1)

Symptoms

User logs into the Enterprise Portal and activates Single Signon to HR in order to perform a Manager Self Service action which generates the notification email. However, the self service workflow notification emails that get generated do not have a complete PeopleSoft link in it (see below).
