E-AS: Service Timeout for PSAPPSRV reverts to = 0 after Domain Configuration (Doc ID 664081.1)

Symptoms

When you reconfigure the domain to change the value of PSAPPSRV's Service Timeout from 300 (default) to 600 for example, the new configuration is loaded the psappsrv.ubb file shows a value of '0' for the Service Timeout. It does not pick up the new value configured.

When the change was made in psappsrv.cfg file, this is how it looked:
Values for config section - PSAPPSRV
Min Instances=2
Max Instances=4
Service Timeout=600 ---> where the value was changed to 120 from 300

After loading new configuration the psappsrv.ubb file shows:

# [53]: {$PSAPPSRV\Service Timeout}: 0
