The descriptions here are for the PS 9.0 implementation of Approval Framework (AWE). Anything that references PTAF in relation to AWE is for 9.0 only.

The Push Back functionality in PS 9.1 & 9.2 applications would use EOAW objects, and the issue description below was resolved for 9.0 by PT 8.50, and was not ever an issue for PS 9.1 & PS 9.2 applications.

Customer is implementing AWE framework for custom approval process. For the same purpose they need Push Back functionality with application specific peoplecode to trigger in the event of PUSHBACK for rework.

The PeopleTools 8.49 'onStepPushback' method on custom application class(event handler) doesn't get triggered, because the code is commented out.

We also found that if we use 'onstepreactivate' instead, that solves the purpose.

Could you let us know if this is how AWE pushback is supposed to work?
