Symptoms

After installing Tuxedo 9.1 or 10gR3 on Windows x64, it is noticed that 'BEA Tuxedo 9.1 Administration' or Oracle Tuxedo 10gR3 with VS2005 Administration is not visible in Control Panel. This would be needed for configuring Tuxedo IPC resource settings.
