E-IB: Get SSL Handshake Error "Untrusted Server Certificate Chain" when Loading Gateway Connectors (Doc ID 664444.1)

Symptoms

Loaded the certificates and started the web server, and now able to login into PIA with HTTPS, but when trying to load the gateway connectors in Gateways page, getting the following error messages
