Symptoms

Canadian customers can not run payrolls using an Off-Cycle Calendar. As the system currently stands this Off-Cycle pay run is treated as a completely separate pay run for EI purposes. This is not correct as the pay end date for the regular pay run and the off-cycle pay run can be the same or different by one or two days which, from and EI standpoint means the Insurable Earnings and Deductions should be combined.
