Group Build Returns Fewer Rows than the Query Specified in the Group Build Definition

Create a group based on a query. When selecting the "launch count" from the Group Definition page, the system displays fewer rows than are returned by the query.   

For example, the query returned 3607 Job rows, and Group Build returned only 3423. 

Rows are dropped when an employee has more than one Job row with the same effective date.  For example, an employee with job rows like this:

06/25/2007 effseq 0
06/25/2007 effseq 1

The query will include all the rows, but the Group Build process does not include the row with effective sequence 1.
