When running Benefits Administration (PSPBARUN), an error is encountered:

Enrollment Run Control Missing for Operator ID () and Batch Run ID ().
This message in found after clicking view/log/trace-message log.
In the message log on the details page, it can also be seen this process is "initiated" or "processing" but no longer running.
