Symptoms
Question
Given a budget ledger group definition with Control Chartfield 'Fund Code' where some fund codes have Control Option 'Control' and some fund codes have Control Option 'Track'. Those w/ Control Option 'Control' should not allow Available Budget to go negative, whereas those wi/ Control Option 'Track' should allow the Available Budget to go negative. However, saw a PO with control chartfield 'fund code' value set to 'control' - take the available budget negative. Isn't this a bug, or is it something that's configurable?
