How to Query on Future Dated Job Rows? (Doc ID 783111.1)

Goal

Question 1:
Does the PS_EMPLMT_SRCH_QRY limit the return of future-dated JOB rows?

Question 2:
Will the change of the Security Records of Job and Personal component from PS_EMPLMT_SRCH_QRY to PS_PERS_SRCH_GBL affect Payroll or other area of HR in any way?

Question 3:
Are there other options for the user to return future dated rows using Query?

Question 4:
PS query doesn’t show the future dated rows of NAMES record due to Query Security record PS_PERALL_SEC_QRY.  Suggest an alternative.
