Goal
How does an organization enable workflow/notifications in ELM?
NOTE: In ELM 9.1 and above, certain notifications can be inactivated - See PeopleBooks: PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management 9.1 PeopleBook > Managing Notifications.
For earlier versions of ELM, once Notifications are activated, all Notifications are activated. There is no way to control activating only some notifications.
