EAP: ExcelUploadforVouchers Gives an XML Error (Unable to find a Routing Corresponding to the Incoming Request Message) in the XML File (Doc ID 784290.1)

Symptoms

ExcelUploadforVoucher saves and uploads without any problem but no message is created in the Integration Broker. However the XML generated shows the error message (Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message.) as below
