Symptoms

Customer is performing an application upgrade and is getting the following error when trying to alter for table spaces:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-22835: Buffer too small for CLOB to CHAR or BLOB to RAW conversion (actual:
4978, maximum: 4000)
ORA-06512: at line 26

This happens after the Data Conversion step in the Change Assistant upgrade template.
