Symptoms
When loading Vouchers using ExcelVoucherforUpload, Subscription Contract status of Vouchers is in New status.
STEPS:
1. Populate ExcelVoucherforUpload.xls file with the Voucher data.
2. Generate and Post XML.
3. XML is generated successfully.
4. Subscription Contract status for VOUCHER_BUILD Service Operation shows a status of 'New'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Subscription Contract status should be 'Done', which will populate the data into Voucher staging tables.
