Symptoms

Various memory errors can occur when running PeopleTools utilities on Windows like
psae - Application Engine
pside - Application Designer
psdmt - Data Mover
changeassistant - Change Assistant.

Error message example (but not limited to):

PSPAL::Abort: PSAFFIRM_ABORT(GlobalLock : invalid memory address from e:\pt84819c-retail\peopletools\src\inc\bufctx.h 398) failed at E:\pt849
2148: 1237490393: PSPAL::Abort: Location:

which cause the utility to crash.
