Symptoms
In preparing for upgrade from HCM 8 to HCM 9, some Workflow is not working. Workflow related to Benefits is resulting in pop up errors. Other workflow is working, but since all workflow is active when delivered, the workflow TriggerBusinessEventsTriggerBusinessEvents reporting site is not sure the ones that producing error are needed.
Unable to complete Benefit transactions. This will effect all Benefit Users, and has to be working correctly before Go Live.
When attempting to perform functionality related to Benefits processing the following error occurs:

Case 1 – from eBenefits – trying to change dependent info Pop up Errors contain.
Error when attempting to trigger Business Process / Event: EB_DEP_DATA/ Modify Dependent Data (67,2)
There is a problem in calling TriggerBusinessEventTriggerBusinessEvent for the indicated Business Process/Event.
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.

The PeopleCode TriggerBusinessEventTriggerBusinessEvent built-in function was used by the specified PeopleCode program and failed to execute correctly on the client workstation.
Case 2 – from HR – trying to terminate an employee
Error when attempting to trigger Business Process / Event: Administer Workforce / Benefit Cancellation (67,2)
There is a problem in calling TriggerBusinessEventTriggerBusinessEvent for the indicated Business Process/Event.
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.
