Correspondence Request of Print type shows Status as Delivery Failed. When choosing Print as channel, from Correspondence Request page after submitting it, it shows Status as Delivery Failed.
DELIVERY:Cannot print Static Attachments because of error in printing template , Package id 359
1. Register a printer in CRM
Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > Correspondence > Printer Registration
2. Search for any existing Support Case
Support > Search Case
3. Once the case is open, click on Correspond button on the Toolbar
4. On Correspondence Request page select Channel as Print and Select the respective Printer. Then, select the Template Package. Click the Submit button on the toolbar.
