ELM: Error Launching Developed Compliant Content Using UPK: "Unable to Post to Server" (Doc ID 825359.1)

When content developed by UPK that is AICC-HACP compliant is launched, after uploading all four required files, the customer clicks on the test content and is able to launch the content - but nothing further occurs. When the customer clicks on any of the links, they receive an error message.

When attempting to launch and take web-based learning, the following error occurs:

Unable to post to server
- access denised ( bur-elm-01:8888 connect,resolve)

Step to Replicate Issue:
By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:
1. Create new activity
2. Create new Learning Component
3. Enter information for learning component
4. Test content
5. Launch content



Troubleshooting Note:

 If using Content developed with UPK 11.1.0 and issues using Internet Explorer (IE) Browsers IE8 or IE11, please verify if UPK maintenance has been applied.  


 For IE8: <Patch 16788010> Enablement Service Pack 2 for Oracle UPK 11.1 and Oracle UPK Professional 11.1

 For IE11: <Patch 19437402> Mouse Clicks in Try It are Off When Accessing Content in LMS
