WHAT ISN'T WORKING?
Customer is not able to open the company in a test environment. In Home > Customers CRM > Search Company, a search is done which returns the company in a search results list. Upon clicking on the hyperlinked name to open the company, the system returns no search results found.
WHAT SHOULD BE HAPPENING?
Upon clicking the hyper link of the companies name, the company componet should open.
1. Navigate to Home > Customers CRM > Search Company, and search for the company.
2. In the returning search results click on the link that says the company name.
3. The next page that opens is a blank search results screen, saying No Search Results Found.
As this issue is limited to a testing environment, there will be no business impact, apart from the affecting of testing that relies on opening and using the company component.
