ECM:TR_BSP_LOAD rejects Swift MT940 bank statement file when it has multiple messages for one Bank Account (Doc ID 843595.1)

Symptoms

Bank statement in Swift MT940 format flagged as duplicate by TR_BSP_LOAD process.

Steps:
1) Load a Swift MT940 bank statement file for one bank account with 7 messages in it from the Import Bank statements page in Banking.
2) One message is loaded while all the remaining are termed as duplicate bank statements by the system

Error Message:
Statement 25 was not loaded because it is a duplicate. (9450,1228)

Statement 26 was not loaded because it is a duplicate. (9450,1228)

Statement 27 was not loaded because it is a duplicate. (9450,1228)

Statement 28 was not loaded because it is a duplicate. (9450,1228)

Statement 29 was not loaded because it is a duplicate. (9450,1228)

Statement 30 was not loaded because it is a duplicate. (9450,1228)

Loading Statement 24 (9450,1267)

Impact:
Automatic/Semi Manual Reconciliation cannot be performed without getting the statements loaded into the system
