In CRM, when navigate to Support > Update Support Case and select any case, it opens the Case page (RC_CASE_SW page). When click on the “Notes and Attachments” tab (it opens the RC_CASE_NOTE page), enter some text in the “Summary” and “Details” fields, save the page then click on the “Attach a File” button to select a file and upload it, there is no option to limit the size.
