Symptoms

When adding a termination row in PS_JOB to an employee whose top of stack row has the action = 'LOF' (layoff), the Termination Date stays in place. The Termination Date should reflect the date the employee was terminated, not the Layoff date . The system does not allow you to override the termination date.

IMPACT
-------------
This is causing an issue when calculating service time. Also , this date has an impact on Benefits (Pension Admin).

STEPS TO REPLICATE
--------------------
1. For any employee in Job Data , Insert LOF action - Termination date equals effective date.
2. Insert TER action

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
--------------------
The Termination Date should reflect the date the employee was terminated

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
------------------
The Termination Date reflects the date the layoff date.
