User is Not Able to Access Personal Data and Names Pages Through Student Services Center

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When you go into Student Services Center you are not able to get to the edit Personal Data page or the edit Names page.
Navigation is Campus Community>Student Services Centre>Student Services Center>General Info tab>Edit Names button.
From the General Info tab, the user can see the person's data, but when they click on the edit names button or the edit personal data button the search page comes up with message "No Matching Values are found". The user does have direct access to each of these pages.
