Symptoms

No Results returned for Catalog Search after Rebuild Index process for LM_VER_IDX, LM_PRG_IDX, and LM_OBJV_IDX.

 

Error:

Error E3-0011 (VDK): Error: Cannot find or create directory /usr/psoft/{instance name}/data/search/{instance name}//LM_VER_IDX/ENG/pdd

(Error message exists in APPSRV_XXXX.log file. (**XXXX is the date in MMDD format) )

 

Changes

Additional information:
 
Previously, Instance Rebuild Search Catalog (Verity Indexes) process worked. Then, refreshed environment with another instance and Rebuild Search Catalog (Verity Indexes) processes run to success but did not create indexes.
