Troubleshooting Issues when Using "View Printable Version" on Purchase Orders and Requisitions (Doc ID 853641.1)

Purpose

This troubleshooting document will assist you with issues when using "View Printable Version" hyperlink (link) on Purchase Orders (PO) and Requisitions. 

When the View Printable Version link is pressed on a PO the POPO005.sqr will run.  For a Requisition the PORQ010.sqr runs.

The following two error messages can be generated by the system when clicking on the "View Printable Version" link on a PO or Requisition document.

"Communication with the REN Server Failed (HTTP 403 Forbidden)"

And

"You do not have the permission required to run window option. (65,254)"
