TL9: Manager Self Service Timesheet Performance Issue. (Doc ID 857761.1)

Statement of what the issue is
(Case without error):
When attempting to open a time sheet from Manager Self Service, the page takes around 2-3 mins to open.

Expected Behavior:
Time sheet should open in an acceptable time frame based on the number of rows being pulled.

Actual Behavior:
When attempting to open Time sheet the page takes more than the expected time frame.

Steps to Recreate:
1.Go Manager Self service> Time management> Time reporting> Timesheet> get employees
2. ( we get list of employee)> now select one employee when it tries to open the timesheet for one employee then the performance issue occurs.
