Symptoms

When attempting to APPLY PAYMENTS using the payment predictor, the following occurs:

By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:

  1. Load the lockbox file by running AR25001.sqr and then running AR_PAYLOAD process.
  2. Run Payment Predictor , and expect the payments to be applied to the open items.
