E-REN: REN Server Constantly Logs Message " [ICE 720647000] Ns_CondWait thread 99 ignoring pthread..." to PSRENSRV_MMDD.LOG Until Server Runs out of Disk Space (Doc ID 875267.1)

Two different symptoms may occur:
1) When shutting down the application server domain, the REN process "PSRENSRV" will often not shutdown, and a forced shutdown of the REN process is required. The problem is intermittent. 
2) When starting the application server domain, the REN server log immediately starts logging message "[ICE 720647000] Ns_CondWait thread 2057 ignoring pthread_cond_wait error 22".
The messages are logged constantly and the server often runs out of disk space due to all of the logging activity.

For version PT 8.49.22 and below, a core file is created and the following error is logged to the REN Server log PSRENSRV_MMDD.log

nsthread.ErrorMsg: pthread_cond_wait failed in Ns_CondWait: error code 22 A system call received a parameter that is not valid.

For version PT 8.49.23 and above, the following error is repeatedly logged to REN Server log PSRENSRV_MMDD.log
