ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
When trying to interface vouchers to AM with an accounting date that is in the closed period, AMIF1000 is displaying an error message

ERROR
---------------
The accounting date should fall between the 'open from date' and 'open to date' for asset management open and close periods. Please Refer to Data collection date

ENVIRONMENT

Application & Version: 8.8SP1
Bundle/Patch:n/a
Environment: Production/Development/Test/Demo: Production

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a voucher with invoice date outside the open period for AM
2. Add asset information to the voucher
3. Run INTFAPAM
4. Run AMPS1000
5. Run AMIF1000
6. This process will give an error.

IMPACT
---------------
As AMIF1000 is failing, it is not creating the financial assets, unless these assets are created books can’t be closed.
