E-COB: How To Generate a Full Listing Of a COBOL Program When Compiling (Doc ID 879372.1)

Goal

For troubleshooting purposes, there are occasions where a detailed listing of the cobol program may be required when compiling the cobol.   How to generate a detailed listing of the cobol program during compile time ?

FOR UNIX:

By default, only the header details are generated in $PS_HOME/src/cbl/lst

e.g Environment:
---------------
- PT 8.48.x.
- HRMS8.9
- UNIX (AIX ) OS
- Server Express Cobol compiler V4.0

FOR WINDOWS:

e.g Environment:
---------------

- PT 8.4x.x.
- HRMS 8.9
- Windows OS, Net Express 5 compiler
