Waivers Posting Issue After Campus Solutions 8.9 Bundle #20/Campus Solutions 9.0 Bundle #13

When calculating tuition and waivers on production Campus Solutions 8.9 after applying Campus Solutions 8.9 Bundle #20 - Update ID 739494, OR Campus Solutions 9.0 Bundle #13, Update Id 739506, waivers are not applying to a student's account. In some situations, waivers previously applied to student's accounts are being backed off.
The tuition charge is being assessed properly: only the waiver posting does not occur. The term fee is set to Calculate by Term, and uses a Due Date Calendar with a pivot date of Class Start Date or a Due Date Calendar of Session Start Date.
Expect waivers to apply to student's accounts when the student meets the criteria for the waiver.
Waivers are not applying to student's accounts after Campus Solutions 8.9 Bundle #20 or Campus Solutions 9.0 Bundle #13 has been applied to the production environment.
By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:
1.Navigate to Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Calculate Tuition;
2. Enter the emplid of a student who should receive a waiver;
3. Click the 'Calculate Tuition' button.
4. Check the Tuition and Fees via the hyperlink on the Tuition Calc page. No waiver is assessed.
