On production Campus Solutions 9.0, the Registrar's office will on occasion, in very specific circumstances, add a Grade of W to a student's class. When the Registrar's office performs this action, no reason code is entered. Once adding a grade of W to a student's class has been done, regardless of when it is conducted within the term, tuition calculation will refund the charge for the class at 100%. Is the 100% refund throughout the term typical behaviour to be expected of tuition calculation from assigning a W (Withdrawn) grade?
